lnvima mantiene la declaratoria como vitales no disponibles de los reactivos de diagnóstico in vitro para COVID–19 avalados por la OMS y otras autoridades sanitarias, los geles y soluciones antibacteriales (cosméticos) y los desinfectantes de superficies (productos de higiene doméstica), contenidos en las Circulares No. 98 del 25 de marzo de 2020 y 1000-108–20 del 20 de abril de 2020, respectivamente.
Esta medida se mantendrá hasta tanto permanezca vigente la emergencia sanitaria declarada por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
Los requisitos mínimos para la fabricación o importación de estos productos son los establecidos en el Decreto 1148 de 2020
Fabricantes o importadores deberán garantizar:
• El almacenamiento de los productos en condiciones seguras.
• Información oportuna de cualquier incidente o evento adverso.
• La trazabilidad de los productos.
